Q How do I find the right product for me

A. There are two ways to find the right product for you. Either a) Use the navigation tool bar to the left of the screen to select a product category to suit your needs, such as ‘packing boxes’, ‘moving kits’, ‘archive boxes’ or ‘bubble wrap’ Or b) Use the search button on the left of the page and enter the type of product you are looking for, such as ‘packing boxes’ or ‘bubble wrap’. Click on the ‘go’ button and view the product range that matches your chosen criteria.

Q How do I order

A. Once you have found the right product or products, simply update your chosen quantity in the ‘quantity required’ box and select ‘add to cart’. This will automatically take you to your virtual ‘shopping cart’.

Q How do I add more than one item to my shopping cart

A. From the shopping cart, you can then choose another product by the same two methods in question 1 above (How do I find the right product for me). Either type in a keyword in the ‘search’ box or use the left hand navigation tool bar to select the right category for you. Once you have chosen your second product, simply select the quantity and ‘add to cart’ as before.

Q What happens if I select the wrong product

A. Within the shopping cart there is an option to delete each individual product. Simply check the remove box and click on the update button. Then choose and select the correct product to add to your cart.

Q How do I pay

A. Payments are accepted by a variety of major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro. Follow the instructions in the payment screen, once you have selected your delivery date and provided your personal details.

Q What personal details are required

A. Boxshop UK only need to know your name, home address, delivery address if different and an email address to confirm your order and a telephone number in case we need to contact you more urgently than waiting for an email response.

Q What will happen to my personal details

A. Boxshop UK may contact you in the future of any special offers on our website. We will not forward your details onto any other third party. If you would prefer not to be contacted by ourselves in the future, simply do not select the tick box giving permission for us to contact you.

Q When will the products be delivered

A. At Boxshop UK, we give you the opportunity to request a delivery option which suits your lifestyle. The options include a next day delivery, next day morning delivery and a Saturday delivery. Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered the next working day.

Q How will the products be delivered

A. Boxshop UK usually deliver products by courier. Please ensure that you are at the delivery address to receive it. A signature will be required to prove the product has been delivered.

Q Can I collect my order

A. All orders can be collected. To collect an order simply contact us by e-mail and leave your contact details so that a collection time can be arranged.

Q What happens if the products are damaged on arrival

A. Please inspect your order as soon as possible. If goods are damaged, please contact us, email support@boxshop.uk.com and clearly state the problem. We will endeavour to sort out any problems as soon as possible.

Q. What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives

A.. A calling card will be left by the delivery driver with the carrier company's name and contact details so that you can ring them to re-arrange delivery or you can leave a signed note on your door advising of a neighbour that will accept the delivery on your behalf.

Q. Will the delivery company just leave the goods if it seems safe to do so and I am not home

A.. No, a signature is required for all orders/deliveries.

Q. Will the delivery driver call me prior to delivery or if I am not at home when he arrives

A.. If you have asked us to do so then we can convey this instruction to the delivery driver but they are not obliged to do this and are usually very busy.

Q. Are your boxes made from sturdy cardboard

A.. Yes, all moving boxes/packing boxes/removal boxes/storage boxes/wardrobe boxes are manufactured from strong cardboard to withstand the downward pressures associated with domestic removals and long term storage.

Q. How much can I pack into a removal box/packing box/storage box

A.. The UK health and safety law states that a removal box/packing box/storage box/wardrobe box can weigh no more than 25kg if it is to be lifted by one person.

Q. Will you buy the boxes back once I've used them

A.. No, we only supply brand new packing/moving/removal/storage boxes.
