| Making A Purchase We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, cheques (accompanied by a valid guaruntee card), purchase orders and cash. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Delivery Schedule Standard Next Day Delivery Standard next working day delivery (or your preferred delivery date) on orders over the value of £34.95 (inc VAT) is FREE. Standard next working day delivery (or your preferred delivery date) on orders under the value of £34.95 (inc VAT) incurs an additional carriage charge of £6.95 Premium Delivery Upgrades Saturday delivery (8am to 12 noon), additional £24.95 (inc VAT) Pre 9.00 delivery (working days), additional £24-95 (inc VAT) Pre 12 noon delivery (working days), additional £14-98 (inc VAT) Scotish Highlands & Islands The following Scotish postcodes are 2 day delivery areas so please order well in advance. AB10, AB11, AB15, AB16, AB24, AB25, DD, DG, EH, FK, KA, KY, ML, PA1 to PA19, PH1, PH11, TD, IV, KW. Boxshop only deliver to postcodes within England, Scotland and Wales. Boxshop do not deliver to Ireland. Order placed before 4pm on a working day will be despatched the same working day for delivery the following working day (or your preferred delivery date). Orders placed after 4pm on a working day will be despatched the following working day for delivery the following working day (or your prefered delivery date). Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, (Saturday is not a working day). Orders placed before 4pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday (unless a Saturday delivery fee is paid or your preferred delivery date) Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday for delivery the following Tuesday (unless a bank holiday and subject to your preferred delivery date). No despatches are made from the Boxshop warehouse on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. We deliver all our products Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays (working days) and Saturdays (at an additional cost). No deliveries are made on Sundays. When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery option. Delivery fees will be clearly visible at the checkout. Although we will inform you of the delivery date of your order in the confirmation Email, we aim to deliver the products you have ordered within 24 hours of your order being submitted (subject to your preferred delivery date and stock availability). Our chosen courier company achieve a 98.7% delivery success rate, however we advise that orders are placed well in advance of a removal date as delivery mistakes can happen and are outside our reasonable control. If at the time of placing your order, the products you ordered are unavailable, you will be given the option of a alternative delivery date when the stock becomes available or a refund. We usually deliver our products by courier but may (at our discretion) use Royal Mail for very small items. You will legally own the products you have ordered on delivery provided we have received payment in full. |

| Returns Policy You have the right to cancel any order you have made at any time during the period of 7 working days immediately following the date on which you receive delivery of your order (but not including the day of delivery itself) (Cooling Off Period). To exercise this right to cancel, you must (1) email us at sales@boxshop.uk.com within the Cooling Off Period with your Cancellation Notice and then (2) return the product(s) (if they have already been delivered) unused and at your own cost to: Boxshop Manchester Limited, unit J, Roberts Street, Rawtenstall, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 8EU and mark for the attention of Customer Services. Products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after the date of your Cancellation Notice. Where an order is cancelled in any of the ways described in these terms and conditions, the price paid by you for the product(s) in your cancelled order shall be refunded to your debit/credit card as follows: (1) where cancellation occurs after delivery of the product(s) ordered, you will be reimbursed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned products; or (2) where cancellation occurs prior to the despatch of the product(s) ordered, you will be refunded on the next working day immediately following (a) our receipt of your Cancellation Notice or (b) automatic cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Warranty We warrant that the products you have ordered shall at the time of delivery comply with their description, be of satisfactory quality and free from defect. You must check the products for any defect or damage as soon as reasonably possible following delivery. If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products from us, you must email us at sales@boxshop.uk.com within 7 days of discovery of the defect (or within 7 days of when the defect ought to have been discovered) and in any event no later that 1 month following delivery, providing us with the following information: (a) your order reference number; (b) details of the defective product(s) and description of the fault; (c) the delivery date (Returns Notice). Following receipt of the Returns Notice, we will arrange for the defective products to either be returned by you or be collected by us or a third party on our behalf (as we shall in our sole discretion decide) at our own cost. We will then either (a) replace the defective products within 14 working days of/by the next working day following] receipt of them by us; or (b) cancel your order and reimburse you for the price paid for the defective products.
