| Easy Box Identification Wine bottle and glasses boxes have pre-printed room indicator and contents grid which allows you to indicate the box contents, destination at your new home and your name and box number if the wine bottle box is to be used for storage. This allows accurate distribution and un-packing priority. High Grade Removal Boxes Wine bottle boxes are manufactured from 150 grade kraft test extra strong double wall corrugated cardboard. The wine bottle box will not crush under normal use and pressure. The wine bottle boxes are designed to contain delicate glassware and wine bottles during house removals, transit and storage. The extra strong double wall cardboard protects against downward pressure and impact damage to the wine box and its contents. Recycled Cardboard Wine bottle boxes boxes are manufactured from 80% recycled waste paper (test) and 20% pure 150 grade Kraft paper. The wine bottle box outer is water resistant and shower proof (kraft). Strong water soluble adhesive is used on wine box seams which is 100% bio-degradable and harmless to animals. Wine bottle boxes are 100% recyclable. Easy Handling Wine bottle boxes are modular so they stack easily together to maximise use of space when loading removal vehicles, self storage units, garages and lofts. Easy Box Assembly 1. Identify the bottom of the box. 2. Fold two opposite flaps together. 3. Fold the remaining two opposite flaps together. 4. Seal along the joint and at least six inches down the sides with packing tape. 5. Do not interlock the flaps, as this will weaken the wine bottle packing box. |
