Hello, Letters of complaint are far more common than letters of thanks so I would just like to say how delighted I was with your service! I only ordered the removal boxes around 4 pm on Wednesday and so was really pleased when they turned up at 9.30 yesterday morning. I was also really pleased with the quality of the goods and the way they were packed. I'm not actually moving yet, just organising the house for a move later this year - so I will no doubt be back!
