| High Quality Construction Cardboard packing box 2 is manufactured from 150 grade kraft test double wall corrugated cardboard and has an integral wall strength that wont crush under reasonable use and the usual downward pressure associated with house removals and short/long term storage. Packing box 2 has been designed especially for packing items during house removals and storage purposes and also to prevent against crush or impact damage to the packing box and its contents. Recycled Cardboard Packing box 2 is manufactured from a combination of 80% recycled waste paper (test) and 20% pure 150 grade Kraft paper. The packingl box 2 outer is water resistant and shower proof (kraft). Strong water soluble adhesive is used on removal box seams which is 100% bio-degradable and harmless to animals. Packing box 2 is 100% recyclable. Easy Handling Packing and removals box number 2 is modular, so it will stack easily together to maximise use of space during handling and loading of removal vehicles, storage units, garages and lofts. Easy Box Assembly 1. Identify the bottom of the box. 2. Fold two opposite flaps inwards. 3. Fold the remaining two opposite flaps inwards. 4. Seal along the joint and at least six inches down the sides with packing tape. 5. For additional removal box strength, seal the removal box seams in an H pattern. 6. Do not interlock the flaps as this will weaken packing, moving and storage boxes. |
