| Easy Box Assembly 1. Identify the bottom of the box. 2. Fold two opposite flaps together. 3. Fold the remaining two opposite flaps together. 4. Seal along the joint and at least six inches down the sides with packing tape. 5. Do not interlock the flaps, as this will weaken the CD/DVD packing box. High Grade Manufacture Media and music storage boxes from Boxshop UK are manufactured from a mixture of 140 grade kraft test single wall corrugated cardboard. They will not crush under normal use and pressure during house removals and storage. The media storage boxes are designed to contain CD's and DVD's during house removals and storage and have been designed to protect against crush and impact damage to the storage box and its contents. Recycled Cardboard CD/DVD boxes are manufactured from a mixture of 80% recycled waste paper (test) and 20% pure 140 grade Kraft paper. The CD/DVD box outer is water resistant and shower proof (kraft). Strong water soluble adhesive is used on box seams which is 100% bio-degradable and harmless to animals and the enviroment.
