| High Quality Construction Our removal boxes are manufactured from 150 grade kraft test extra strong, double wall corrugated cardboard and wont crush under reasonable use and pressure. We have designed our removal boxes especially for packing household items during moving, house removals and storage with strength in mind to prevent downward pressure, crush and impact damage to the removal box and it's contents. Recycled Cardboard Removal box 2 is manufactured from 80% recycled waste paper (test) and 20% pure 150 grade Kraft paper. The removal box 2 outer is water resistant and shower proof (kraft). Strong water soluble adhesive is used on box seams which is 100% bio-degradable and harmless to animals. Removal boxes are 100% recyclable. Easy Box Assembly 1. Identify the bottom of the removal box. 2. Fold two opposite flaps inwards. 3. Fold the remaining two opposite flaps inwards 4. Seal along the joint and at least six inches down the sides with packing tape. 5. For additional removal box strength, seal removal box seams in an H pattern. 6. Do not interlock the flaps as this will weaken the removal box |
