| High Quality Manufacture Golf boxes are manufactured from 150 grade kraft test double wall corrugated cardboard with an exceptionally strong inner B/C flute. The golf storage box will not crush under normal use and pressure during moving and storage. The golf boxes are designed to contain clubs and bags during house removals and storage and have been designed to protect against impact and downward pressure damage to the golf club box and its contents. Recycled Cardboard Golf boxes are manufactured from a combination of 80% recycled waste paper (test) and 20% pure 150 grade Kraft paper. The golf box outer is water resistant and shower proof (kraft). Strong water soluble adhesive is used on box seams which is 100% bio-degradable and harmles to animals and the enviroment. The golf box is 100% recyclable. Easy Box Assembly 1. Identify the bottom of the box. 2. Fold two opposite flaps together. 3. Fold the remaining two opposite flaps together. 4. Seal along the joint and at least six inches down the sides with packing tape. 5. Do not interlock the flaps, as this will weaken the golf box. Easy Handling Golf club boxes are modular so that they stack easily together in removal vehicles, self storage units, lofts and garages, just like using buliding bricks. Golf srorage boxes have handle holes punched into the sides for easy lifting and carrying. |
